Repairs are normally carried out within five working days of arrival at our facility in Cambridge or receipt of authorisation to repair. Spare parts and service manuals can be dispatched within two working days. Distributors of Eltek data loggers outside the UK may hold stocks of spare modules and most have their own service engineers and operate a similarly prompt repair service.
